Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2890 HB 286 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2829) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 286 "An Act relating to impersonating a public servant." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 286(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 286, thus adopting SCS HB 286(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 286?"
